At Kneaded Escape, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction above all else. From the moment you step through our doors, our goal is to provide you with an unparalleled spa experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world.

Appointment Duration and Late Arrivals: Please note that the appointment times displayed on our booking site reflect the total time reserved for you, which includes 5-10 minutes for changing and preparation. For example, a 60-minute Custom Massage provides 55 minutes of hands-on service, while a 90-minute appointment allows for 85 minutes of service. If you arrive late, your appointment may still conclude at the scheduled time, potentially reducing your actual service time. In order to avoid this, we recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time, especially if this is your first appointment as the client intake forms will need to be completed prior to starting your appointment.

Any cancellations  or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. This fee helps compensate our team for their time and ensures fairness to other clients who may have been able to fill the appointment slot.
